LuNiko Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every LuNiko product!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, baby feeding accessories and potty training items cannot be returned once opened.

Return shipping costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For defective or wrong items, LuNiko will cover the cost of the return or send a replacement free of charge.

How to start a return
Email us at wandadelacruz@lunikostore.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply with simple instructions to send your item back.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
